Tipton W. Huffman
CLU, ChFC President
After a career of over 36 years in sales, marketing and management with major insurance
companies, Tip founded TWH Agency in 1993 with the goal of helping independent
agents to place quality insurance products with their senior clients. He has been
appointed to insurance companies advisory committees, been published in major trade
journals, and still assists agents with point of sale and technical advice. Tip is a
member of the National Association of Independent Life Brokerage Agencies, the Society of
Financial Service Professionals, the Financial Planning Association, the National
Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He is a series 24 Registered Securities
Principal.

Kathryn R. Chavez Vice President, Administration & Agency Services
With over 35 years of insurance industry experience,
in both home office and field marketing organizations,
Kathy joined TWH at its inception in 1993, and is responsible for all aspects of
agency administration and agency services. Along with her industry and management
experience, she also brings with her the skills acquired and demonstrated in several
years of management responsibility for a national non-profit organization. Within the
agency, Kathy manages the office support staff, is specifically responsible for office
administration, agency contracting and records, office technology, and helps develop overall
agency strategy and direction.

Paul A.
Brehm Vice
President, Brokerage Sales After a successful 25 year career in information
technology and financial services, Paul joined TWH in October 1994 to assist in
developing the marketing capabilities of the agency. He joins his management experience with deep knowledge of the products and companies we represent to
provide guidance, leadership and support to our producers. Paul also conducts
agent training and works closely with Tip in shaping the marketing and producer
support efforts of the agency.

Gregory B.
Skogsberg Vice President, Sales & Marketing
With over 20 years of professional experience in management, sales,
customer relations and business development, Greg joined TWH in early 2005
to help improve our marketing efforts. He brings to the team experience as
a seasoned management consultant who has worked for organizations of all
sizes in locations all across the country. With his Masters degree in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology and extensive background in training
design and implementation, Greg is responsible for helping develop,
implement and maintain new marketing and business generation processes, as
well as working with Paul and Tip in supporting existing marketing and
agent support efforts.

Megan L. Collins Administrative Associate
Megan joined TWH Agency in 2002 on a part-time basis and joined us on a
full-time basis after graduating from Cal State Fullerton with a degree in
English. Her duties include providing administrative support throughout the
office, contracting follow-up, supply ordering, reception, proof-reading and editing, and support
for agency meetings. She also assists in the development of Agency
marketing materials and other publications.
